Now it's completely impossible to open PDFs outside Firefox, as I could do until the last couple of beta versions.

This trend is going on since a few years ago, from bad to worst. The whole design of the PDFs download process is bad. PDFs should be treated by FF as any other file: download and open with the system default PDF viewer. Imposing Firefox's internal PDF viewer as mandatory for downloaded PDFs is nonsense.

My page throws errors in Firefox Nightly such as

Expected color but found ‘undefined’. Error in parsing value for ‘background-color’. Declaration dropped. preview.htm:1:1

and

Expected color but found ‘undefined’. Error in parsing value for ‘color’. Declaration dropped. preview.htm:1:1

The page references ten CSS files besides having dozens of its own CSS declarations. The issue is tha the reference provided to the error (:1:1) does not indicate where I can find the error. That is, I don't know which declaration is at fault. Is there some straighforward way to find the declaration in question?

When I load PBS.org I get a message that PBS is having connectivity issues. I can load it on Safari without any problems (and my Kindle too). Is this Firefox or PBS's problem? Please help.

Recent issue (Nov/24): when logging into some sites I've used before, the Send, Pay etc button doesn't do anything. If I do the same login on Chrome, it works. Also finding Hotmail too sluggish to use on Firefox and forced to use that on Chrome as well.

hello tried a few things from help docs on line. nothing working. just keeps happening. tabs will say gah. your tab just crashed. works for a bit but once happens.... have to close whole firefox and open again. just started happening yesterday. I have used firefox for many many years never a problem. Something was not updated right. Please tell me how to fix this once and for all. if not I have to leave using firefox this is driving me crazy. terrible. A few weeks ago after an automatic update I ended up having Thunderbird version 131.0.1 installed, I have no idea how this happened. On opening I get a message telling me I shouldn't be using a beta version and that I should revert to the latest general release version (128.4)

Today when I had some free time I downloaded 128.4 and installed it. On opening it it says that I can't use a profile file from a later version with the earlier version. Is there a way to recover from this WITHOUT having to set up the whole profile again from scratch.

Meanwhile I have done a system restore so I am back with 131.0.1 It has not given me any problems so far. Is there a new general release version imminent that will get me back on track?

I would appreciate any help I am not a computer expert, just a user, and find Thunderbird a very good email client.

heb.com i can login, but my password manager takes me to

accounts.heb.com, & it gives me the error message. I went to

heb.com, logged in & saved it. When I looked at passwords again it had

accounts.heb.com, & I cant edit that. I don't know if its Firefox or HEB.

Many thanks to David for helpful advice on getting my new Thunderbird installation to read the email text and attachments by right clicking the old MSF folder and repairing. It worked.

Although listed as one of the options for default language, the current version of Firefox, which is my default browser, does not accept Brazilian Portuguese as the default language. It only accepts the Portuguese version, from Portugal which, to me, who speak Brazilian Portuguese, with all due respect, is a pain in the butt. I have tried, dozens of times, to delete the Portuguese version and set the Brazilian version as the default language. It works until I shut down the computer. The next time I turn on the computer, to my eternal dismay, Firefox cancels my previous language setting and reverts itself to the damn Portuguese version, which I dislike to the extreme.So I am, hereby, taking the issue to you with high hopes that this abdomally be straightened out once and forever. Today I was no longer able to stream movies on Amazon Prime or Youtube. I watch Amazon movies most nights, watched last night. Tonight I got a message when I tried to continue watching a tv series on Amazon that I've watched for weeks. It said I had to update Firefox and told me how, but when I went thru the process Firefox said it was up to date. On Youtube I got an error msg. 99,999 . What is happening?

I have tried multiple media players and I have the same issue with all of them

Whilst playing a downloaded video - as soon as I open a new window to perform a search - the video stutters and the playback is slurred for a couple up to several seconds

Started on VLC so I tried PotPlayer instead same issue
