Starting, FF opens to "file:///Library/Documentation/Resources/Eagle/index.html?localutf-8". I don't have Eagle app
I have an iMac with OS X El Capitan v 10.11.6. Firefox 58.0.2
On opening, instead of going to the Home page (Speed Dial FVD), FF tries to open "file:///Library/Documentation/Resources/Eagle/index.html?localePath=el.lproj&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8" & can't find the page.
There actually is a "Library/Documentation/Resources/Eagle/index.html", but I never used or installed an Eagle app.
I can simply close the window and open a new one, and everything is fine. It's just a bit buggy that it does that, and I don't know what's behind it. Can you help? Thanks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the I Accept the Risk button. At the top of the screen is a search bar. Type browser.startup.homepage
What is the value? Right-click and select Reset to restore its default value; about:home
