how can i contact the admin department
I got an email saying i'm at the high watermark level. How do I contact the admin dept to increase my byte limit. HOw many bytes do I get and where does it show the number of bytes used to date

Your email account is provided by an email provider, and they operate the server that is reporting your usage.
If you care to tell us the part of your email address after the @ we can guess at who your provider is.
