I have problem. Automatic deletion of messages from the recycle bin after 30 days. the settings show that you should not delete messages. What could be causing this?

The mail provider might have a retention policy that overrides the one set in TB. Emptying the Trash after 30 days is fairly common. Create a separate folder for deleted messages you want to keep for more than 30 days, if you can't change the provider's setting.
