Hi there, i encountered a problem recently (just a couple days), i can't use firefox constantly, tabs keep crashing and it makes useless to use the browser. i suspected my graphic card may causes this issue and i uninstalled that and downloaded the latest update. but the problem is still here and it's very annoying. my crash report contains about 30-40 cases but the last one has this ID: bp-45affae8-e59a-429b-b339-d8f2d0190216 can u please help me? i even tried google chrome but it has the same problem and it's driving crazy. i'm a freelancer and my pc is my asset to work.

hi sonatine64, since such random crashes are often a symptom of faulty hardware/memory, i'd recommend to let a tool like www.memtest.org run overnight in order to check the integrity of your ram and replace it in case there are any failures.
