I cannot open my hotmail email account . The windows symbol and the word "continue" appear in the tab, but the screen remains blank. So far, all other websites seem to open normally. I tried to access outlook, where I have a second email account, but that didn't even show anything in the tab line. This is a new issue. The account opened normally before 10 a.m. today. I have no technological knowledge, so I have no idea what other information to provide.
