I use them on the "Welcome," "About Us," and certain of the events pages. The dark frames also seem to be appearing around certain other images that I've inserted: http://tango.uchicago.edu/uofcatc/Events/Entries/2011/5/29_Guerrilla_Tango__In_the_Garden_2.html (see main image here), and other simple graphics: http://tango.uchicago.edu/uofcatc/Events/Entries/2011/5/21_Workshop_with_Mauro_Peralta_2.html (around each of the three dividing lines, and the logo at the bottom).
