using lotus email system and when ffox 3.6 was recently downloaded. it seems to have incompatibility with the send protocol in the lotus email system. it's not a problem when using big softy or safari. unable to send the emails.

Did you downgrade to that version?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
