Audio in firefox (for android) is crackling when using headphones, no matter what the type (mp4, mp3). Already tested this on the newest version of: normal, beta, nightly and focus. I think on nightly it happens less, but instead there is also a bit of stuttering

I don't think it's the phones or headphones fault since audio from other browsers (Chrome, Brave, DuckDuckGo) or apps (YouTube, Spotify) works perfectly fine. It doesn't occur on PC, so it's probably only the android version.

Details:

• Phone - Samsung Galaxy A54
• Headphones - WF-1000XM5
• Firefox versions: 135.0; 136.0b5; 137.0a1

The latest update of firefox 135.0 for Android has audio issues. When I listen to music on bandcamp or you tube the audio makes a crackeling sound with sporadic drop outs. My wi fi is a very stable fiber optic provider, I did restet the router and run speed test to double check. Not a problem with my Bluetooth headphones since I re paired them. I also re installed Firefox to no avail. Samsung internet has no audio issues currently. I turned off u block origin also. It seems to be isolated to firefox version 135.0. My system is Android 14 with ui 6.1 on a Samsung a23 5g. I have seen other users complain about this with no real answer. Spent a good part of the day trying to figure it out.

I'm experiencing an issue with Firefox where my saved passwords from my desktop aren't syncing to my Android phone. Pressing the "Sync Now" button doesn't trigger any action. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing and readding the device, force stopping the app, clearing cache and data, and manually syncing again, but nothing has worked. It seems like a bug. Any suggestions?

I have two email accounts I've used for Firefox over the years, a Google account on my PC and a Yahoo account for my mobile phones. I don't see a secondary email account on any devices when managing my account, yet when I get go to add them, all devices say they already exist.

I am doing this because I am trying to sync one phone to another. Or, by pairing one to a window on my PC and then pair the second phone to that after that's accomplished.

I didn't see a Sync and Save opinion in my phone menus, and under my email address there is only an option to sync now and no pairing options, nor a QR reader that comes up to see the QR code on my PC trying to sync from there. I cannot even get my new phone to log in to Mozilla to even ask this question.

My PC account options shows that both phones exist in the sync system.

One way you could help is making a option to split screen two different windows in the same screen simultaneously, that way we can multitask and be more efficient.

When attempting to sync my data on my android device it doesn't do anything. I'm currently in the account settings on my phone and when I hit "sync now" it just does nothing.

I need to adjust settings in about:config but it just loads a blank page. I have tried clearing storage and cache and even reinstalling but it won't work. How can I get access to this?

There was a Very good article on Mozilla re the above on Home Computers. Wondered if there was one for Android Phone users ? Surely there must be, and if so is there different ones for different phones & different versions of Android ?

Cela fait des jours que j’essaie de rapatrier tous mes marque-pages en vain, via la synchronisation. L’ancien appareil apparaît bien mais quand j’appuie sur synchroniser il ne se passe rien. I want to sync across several computers, but I'll be happy if I can sync across my phone and desktop. Firefox on the desktop gives me a qr code but it's disagreeable about just using my camera reader. It wants me to open the special app in Firefox. But there is no such thing. In particular, there is no "Ready to scan" button. Mozilla, could you make this easier?

Hello, I am trying to sync browser bookmarks bidirectionally from PC to Cell devices. The instructional window that pops up on the PC says to: click the three dots in the Android Firefox cell, 1) Choose "I already have Firefox for mobile" & click Continue 2) Window popup appears "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet" 2a) Open Firefox on cell phone 2b) Go to the Menu (three dots) 2c) Tap "Sync and save data" 2d) Tap "Ready to scan" My issue is, I do not see option 2c, Tap "Sync and save data. Thus, I cannot scan the OCR code to pair up the devices because in the Firefox app on the Android cell (Samsung Galaxy S22+), there is no option to sync and save data. Please advise. Thank you
