Every time I go "back" in a web site like my bank etc., Firefox shows one warning in the page itself, saying that this page is outdated and so on, and when I click Refresh, yet another warning about the exact same thing pops up, this time in a a dialogue on top of the page.

How to stop these annoying, time-wasting double warnings? Just one in the page itself is enough.

A web page can 'time out.' This is especially true with news pages. This means the web page you saw before is no longer there or changed.

I don't know if this can be turned off. I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
