Anytime I try to download any file or image, Firefox freezes, and I have to "kill" with task manager. This started after the lates Firefox upgrade.

Every firefox windo, including the download window will instantly "hang-up". Sometimes, some of the file will show up in the download folder ,but it's always a small partial. I've tried clearing the download list, and tried changing do9wnload locations......it makes no difference.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
