Want to visit the pages you had open the last time you used Firefox? Here are some easy ways to do it.

Access recently closed tabs

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Recently Closed Tabs.

Restore the previous session from the Firefox menu

Here's how to get back your tabs and windows from a previous session using the Firefox menu:

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.
  2. Click History, then click Restore Previous Session.

Restore the previous session every time you open Firefox

When Firefox starts, a single window is opened by default, displaying your specified home page. You can set Firefox to show the windows and tabs from your previous session every time you start Firefox. To change your Firefox startup settings:

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and then select Preferences or Settings, depending on your macOS version.Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.
  2. Select the General panel.
  3. Under Startup check Open previous windows and tabs.
