I'm trying to sign in to Firefox after an absence due to XP's termination. You've sent me a link to verify my identity 6 times and none of the links have worked. I get an error message that says you "will work on it" but nothing happens. Help! (This is the only question option I found for which the "Ask a Question" screen was functional. Please don't ignore this message because the question category doesn't match my question.)

HI MarilynConant, I understand that there are 6 links that were sent to verify an account. However I do not know which service this is an issue for.(Although I do understand that it is not the category the question is currently in)

When a new link is generated, all previous ones will expire. Are you trying to log into sync accounts at https://accounts.firefox.com?
