Hello. The latest update of FireFox 129.0.2 still has intermittent crashes. Sometimes I can't access my Google searches or links in emails don't work, then it works, then it starts to malfunction again. I have to restart my PC. Hi! I would like to turn off the Reviewer Checker drawer that appears when I visit Amazon because it keep crashing my browser. Unfortuntely, using the settings at the bottom of the Review Checker also crash my browser so I can't untoggle the "automatically show review checker" setting. I searched for review checker in the main browser settings but it didn't pop up.

Amazon is completely unusable and I'm too lazy to log into Amazon on Microsoft Edge instead. Please help!

Greetings. Please help.

After Win11 update, Firefox started to just show "Gah. Your tab just crashed." I've uninstalled multiple times from MS Store and also direct from website. No luck. Safe mode works fine. My normal mode does not work even when all the addons, etc are disable. I'm a simple user with no customisations of the FF browser.

Tried new profiles, untick performance, etc.

I've even tried restore win11 update to an earlier date. Same result.

Other browsers work fine but I want to support Mozilla. I'm at the point of switching to another.

Hello, I am running Firefox on a W10-Pro PC. I always click the lock to check certificate validation. In the last month I keep seeing "Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla".

When I click for more information I see that "Norton Web/Mail Shield" does not recognize the certificate issuer. When I click on Learn More it takes me to a Firefox site "How to disable the Enterprise Roots preference" I also checked W10 certmgr.msc and I see Norton is listed. Images included below. I started with Firefox in 2000. I listed my email as [edited] @sbcglobal.net. It appears that company was bought out by another provider (ATT?). 3 times in the last 24 hours my desktop computer has crashed when on Mozilla. I run Mozilla and Chrome at the same time, but this has never happened when on Chrome. But many things run better on Mozilla so use it frequently. There is no common site I've been on. Also, once restarted, sites that automatically logged in now require a password. And some sites I can no longer access. It's run worse since a recent automatic update by Mozilla. Ideas?

I'm getting double downloads. This is a new problem which may have already started with version 115. I now have 128.4.0esr and the problem didn't go away.

I always check-mark "always ask where to store files" on the setting for downloads. There is a default folder listed, in case I'm not sure where to put a file. I don't know if I'm not being given the choice or if there is no longer a choice but I can't delete the default choice.

My downloads are going to the suggested folder and also to whatever folder I suggest at the time of the download, which is leading to doubled downloads.

This came as a suprise because it's never happened before.

I tried deleting the default folder from settings and it won't delete. I can check or uncheck "Always ask where to store downloads", but I simply lose the option to choose where I want a folder to be stored.

I hope you can tell me how to get back to this either/or option so I don't keep getting doubled downloads.

For almost a week now, I keep getting a message on a site I've been going to for more than 10 years (deviantart) when I use firefox on my computer, which I am not having these issues accessing using Safari on my phone.

The steps I have taken so far:

  • Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions (everything was fine)
  • Reloaded page using Shift+ Left Click to bypass cache
  • Reloaded page with Ctrl + F5
  • Started Firefox in Troubleshoot mode to assure it wasn't my extensions (I only use ublock but better safe than sorry)
  • I disabled extensions after reloading in usual mode

What steps are next after these basic troubleshooting? I was hoping to use that site to share creations with friends.
