how do i enlarge the fonts in the firefox toolbars in 8.0.1?

The font size in the toolbars in verson 8.0.1--"file," "edit," et al;; in open tabs; in the address bar; the bookmarks' toolbar; and in this "details" box are far too small even with my reading glasses. how do i enlarge them?
