When ever I look at my message filters I've noticed recently that there is always a new filter at the top of the list. The title is "mozilla-temporary-internal-MDN-receipt-filter". I'm not adding it and in fact I keep deleting it but it always shows back up the next time. Why is it being added to my filters?
