Email cannot display (blank) when click to view the emails
My PC had installed the version 91.6.2 of Thunderbird. Some of my inbox mail cannot display (which is blank only) when I clicked on it to view the content.
Click to view or Open in new windows or Open in new tabs do not solve the problem.
I suspected there is bug(s) from the latest software.
When I view my mail through web browser (not through Thunderbird), the email prompt properly.

I suspect your mailbox is corrupt, or perhaps missing mail before a certain date.
Right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button to rebuild the mail index for the folder. (this does not make any changes to the mail store file, only the index used to generate the listing in the user interface.)
Dear Matt,
Thanks for assist. There is 148 inbox. After the suggestion that Matt given, the issue had been solved "partially" I named it, because after repair all the mail can be read, but the amount for inbox drop from 148 to 140.
I also not sure which 8 mails gone, and can Matt explain on the 8 missing mails? Is them corrupt as you said, and cannot retrieve back?
It would seem the index claimed there was 148, but in reality there was only 140. The 8 email difference is because those 8 emails had already been removed; they did not exist.
It is possible that the Anti-Virus is allowed to scan Thunderbird profile folders or incoming mail and did not like certain emails or attachments they contained and performed an auto fix. This may explain why the mbox file containing the emails did not contain those emails. The index file which contains data to point to emails stored in mbox file was not altered by Anti-Virus because it does not contain emails, so still had old data. The repair folder fixed the index file to match what was really stored in the mbox file.
You could see if the Anti-Virus has quarrantined anything.
If you have a POP account then the webmail account may contain a different view and may still have emails which if you forward to yourself should get downloaded again or they may be in the server Trash folder. When you log on to webmail also check the Trash.
If you have an Imap account, then you should find the webmail Inbox will now be the same as the imap Inbox folder.
If you have a gmail account (pop or imap), log on to webmail and check the 'All Mail' folder, because if those removed emails did not get put into gmail imap 'Trash' folder, it is possible only the 'Inbox' label was removed, so email is 'archived'.
Thanks for help. However, Lim is curious that there is/are no bugs for the update 91.6.2?
Previously there is no such issues on Thunderbird so far I used. When updated to 91.6.2 version, I just experience the issue.
