If I cannot read or see a certain picture or fine print, is there a way I can enlarge it to read it, by passing something over it to see it?

Is this on the screen or in print-outs?
On screen, it's easiest to zoom the entire page. If you hold the Ctrl key and scroll your mouse wheel, you can zoom quickly. To zoom all sites, you can use an add-on. I haven't tried either of these myself:
I think there also might be an add-on similar to a magnifying glass. You could search for that by opening Tools > Add-ons and using the search box there.
