Hello friends.

I've been using a machine since almost half a year, which had came and boundled with Windows 7 Operatins System. Well, from the first day, I've been using the Firefox rather then Microsoft Internet Explorer. But, about two hours ago, I've encountered some crash using the Firefox and Winamp Media Player at the same time and the sound output was locked looping forever and the whole screen went black weirdly, and, all I could was pressing and holding down the power key for a couple of secends so that, I could able to shutdown my machine and then power it on back. Fortunately, it worked and I could turn my computer on back. I'm sharing about my system specifications below the message, so that, you guys might have some idea about what happened and why it might be occured. By the way, do you know how to deal with "Event logs" or "System Logs" easily on Windows 7? Thank you so much for everything...

System Specifications: Case Type: Laptop Operating System: Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 and almost all available updates have been installed via the Internet till right now) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 380 Memory: 3 GB Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 310M, Driver Version: 295.73 Sound Device: Conexant CX20671 SmartAudio HD, Driver Version: 4.111.0000.0000 Internet Browser Type: Mozilla Firefox 10.02(x86) (Right now, it's 11.0) Winamp Ver: 5.623(x86)

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
