Does registering with mozilla support mean that I'm part of the support team,and I'm required to give help to firefox users?

No, you can register to help users, you can register to ask a question, or you can register just for the fun of it. Of course, if you want to help users feel free to do so.

The support.mozilla.org/questions/ is not just for support of Firefox on desktop but also other products.
