Firefox crashes

Have been using firefox for several years. Upgraded to Windows 10 several months ago. Just today, Firefox started crashing (freeze/not responding) after startup. (running v44) Will load and may show a webpage, but crashes when trying to navigate to anything else. Crashes in Safe Mode also. Trying to get crash logs. Found but none are being loaded/saved (last logs are from years ago) Tried fresh install, no change. What next

Could you provide more details as to what model of computer you have and what graphics card you have on your device?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

While still in safe mode,

Type about:preferences#advanced<enter> in the address bar. Select Data Choices. Turn on Enable Crash Reporter.

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.

Replying to FREDMDC PC is a bit dated, but not from dark ages. Graphic Card is ATI Radeon HD4550 Model of Computer is a PC (not national brand) with specs showing as: ACDI x64 based PC with AMD Athlon II X2 240 Processor.
