Can' t receive all the history emails.
Reinstalled thunderbird in late May, all emails including sent and received before Jan 1st, 2015 cannot be received in Thunderbird. Very inconvenient and frustrating.....

Uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird has no effect on any emails. So, I'm thinking you may mean more than just reinstalling.
1. Start at beginning - why did you reinstall Thunderbird?
2. What type of mail account - POP or IMAP mail account - did you use before reinstalling? 3. what type of mail account are you using now - pop or imap- after reinstalling?
4. After reinstalling Thunderbird, did you create a new mail account or did Thunderbird just start to work and display emails because it located the original Profile?
