Thunderbird updated to 38 and the last 9 months of emails disappeared

T-bird just auotupdated, and now all emails (downloaded to local account folder) since January 20 2015 have disappeared.

From all local folders, not just inbox.

Profile locations and recent filedates (inbox 11/13/2015) reconfirmed.
