Firefox access to Frontier.com
For many years, I have paid my telephone bill on-line using Firefox. Suddenly, I can on longer access <frontier.com> using Firefox. Chrome works find using the very same URL. But once inside the home page for Frontier, I can no longer login using Firefox. Grateful for any help. Thanks Email removed for privacy reasons

Received no reply. Thanks for nothing!
Sorry we missed you Thompson! These forums were very busy over the summer. And a lot of the volunteer helpers try to reply to as many questions as they can but a lot of the time we hear nothing back. We get crickets! So we get the same treatment back. It's sad really.
But more importantly is the Frontier issue still happening? If it is, please share the exact url you're using to visit Frontier. Maybe you're using a bookmark to visit it. Sometimes those urls change & when you use it, it can cause login issues.
If you can't login to Frontier.com to pay the bill, it sounds like a cookies issue to me. Sometimes the cookies for a website can become damaged and they need to be erased before the website will allow you to login again. I wish this could be done automatically without any action by the user.
Please read this article on how to do that: Clear cookies and site data in Firefox
If that doesn't help, look at the next section directly beneath that called "Clear cookies for any website". There you can search for "frontier" and erase anything related to that site. When done, don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button. Hopefully that will cure this login issue.
And lastly if that still doesn't help, you could try to clear ALL cookies. That will clear out any old cookies you no longer need & clear current ones as well. You will be logged out from any site that you have told to "remember me". So you will need to log back into those sites afterwards.
I'm really hoping it works. If not maybe Frontier is trying to block Firefox. If that's the case I need to do more research to see if others have reported that. As a few sites have not been accepting Firefox because they dropped support for it. Two examples I have are California's Pacific Gas & Electric utility website PGE.com and DirecTV.com.

You aren't running Firefox in compatibility mode as Firefox 86 requires Windows 7 and newer?
Note that it is possible that websites no longer support Vista OS and Firefox 86.0.1.
