I can't get firefox app to open, I even have to open as administrator and then a window pops up but says it couldn't send the report. I have uninstalled firefox a dozen times and still have the same problem. When I could get on it every time I click on another tab it says tab crashed and to click on restore but it doesn't restore it. I downloaded that damn microsoft one drive and have had problems ever since I did it. I also deleted one drive but still have the problem. I hope you can help since I have so much stuff saved on firefox book marks. I have tried using the trouble shooting but it doesn't work either.

Firefox is working well on my husband's laptop. So the problem has to be solely on my desktop. And is probably due to optimizing performance. I checked Avast but the Help claims no problems occur when optimizing.
Right now, I get an error of a Tab being broken.
Right now I am using Google Chrome but I would prefer to get this Firefox problem fixed.
The Firefox app I am using is the latest version, 134.0.1

I am having problems accessing Firefox the first time in the morning. I suspect it is a wi-fi issue but other feedback asks me to check i have the correct, updated version of Firefox on my Mac desktop. Are there simple (I am not gifted in these matters!) steps I should follow to check this?
