Has the top menu bar disappeared in the new version of Firefox Browser?

I have installed Firefox browser, version 88.0.1 on Windows 10. I have planned to update to 90.0.2. version, but first, I would like to know if the new version will keep the top menu bar as an usual default. Thanks.

The bar that starts off File, Edit, View... ? Yes, it's still available to add from the Toolbars list. Ref. Restore the Menu bar in Firefox.

Dear jscher2000, your answer applies to the TOP menu bar and the 90. Version, right? (Because I would prefer to update being sure of it).
