If you have a problem with a specific site one of the first things to try is clearing the site cookies and possibly also the browser cache. If you give a link to the site, [http://www.myaccount.charter.com/Customers/Support.aspx (CharterTV ?)] assuming it is a public one others could try it to see if it works. If you need to login and it is a restricted site then try the sites own support. For what ever reason, it is working now. Don't know if Charter <http://www.charter.net/tv/index.php?page=grid> changed something or if multiple reboots and router resets may have something to do with it. I didn't intentionally clear cookies or cache so I can't say that solved the problem, but the problem is solved.
