can't upload emails, they download

email was working fine, then tried to send email, get " Sending message " , box full green bar, nothing happens for 2 mins then "Send message failed" because, Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.tools.sky.com was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again.

Tried resetting password, to no avail. Also tried removing and retyping new outgoing server setting.

Any ideas

Sky uses Yahoo. There are are number of people who complained about not being able to send messages via the Yahoo SMTP server recently. Check with Sky/Yahoo if they have problems.
