I've had to down load pictures using internet explorer. It won't let me down load from fire fox. How can I get my pics loaded into firefox? I've just lost my mother ,and these pics are very important to me.

                                                         Thank You

HI Andria, I am very sorry that you have lost your mother. Moving downloads from Internet Explorer to Firefox can be done with these steps below:

  1. Open up internet explorer, and right click on any image on your home page
  2. Click "Save image as"
  3. Notice the folder that opens up, note that this is the folder that all of your downloads have gone to by default. Keep this open.
  4. Now open up Firefox.
  5. Right click on the homepage image and select "Save Image As"
  6. Look to see what folder is open by default in the window that pops up.

If the two folder are the same, then all the downloads are in the same default download folder. If the images have not been downloaded yet please open the application that manages the images and find what folder they live in.

I hope this puts you in the right direction.
