Thunderbird saving there are no new messages when there are messages still on the server.
Hi, I ended up having to call my cable provider since it is still showing over 800 messages still on the server in webmail and Thunderbird is saying there is nothing to download. After talking to them, they are saying it is a Thunderbird problem and decided to post this here. If you can help me, please let me know, thanks.
