I want to pin a Firefox website to my taskbar in Windows 11. I can create a shortcut for the website on my desktop but when I try moving it onto my taskbar, it doesn't get added (get the dreaded circle with the line through it) and right-clicking on it does not give me an option to "add to taskbar" like other browsers do. I thought I had too many pins on my taskbar so I deleted one and then tried to add the shortcut, but get same error. I tried adding a random app to my taskbar by right clicking on the app and using the "pin to task bar" option and it works perfectly. So, what is the secret to adding a Firefox website url to my taskbar????
