I downloaded Firefox 4. when I click the shortcut it placed, a explorer.exe box opens and says it cannot be accessed because I do not have the right permissions. I was upgrading from Firefox3.

if you are in a company, ask your network admin. if this is your own computer in your home, get the administrator previledge, ask yourself who installed the win7, ask him/her for the administrator account, use that account to login and install firefox.
So, the administrator has moved on to another job. Do we need to uninstall Firefox 3 to install Firefox 4?
