When I log on to my laptop, Thunderbird always asks for my primary password even though I closed Thunderbird prior to shutting down the previous session. Since I don't always want to access my emails when I log on, I don't want Thunderbird opening automatically.

Under Settings --> General --> System Integration, "Always check to see if Thunderbird is the default mail client on startup" has a check mark. I believe that his was the default setting and I did not change it since I do want Thunderbird to be my default email client. Might this be the problem? I cannot find anything else in Settings that seems at all pertinent.

In the MacBook system settings, I do not have Thunderbird set to open at log in.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

The same question is from 2020. Today I had to reinstall but can't find a solution to switch to a readable light version. NOTE to developers. in SETTINGS is a section called "Language and Appearance." It should be here. The Dark Mode setting should be there - it would make hundreds of people happy.

Hallo, ich habe im Zusammenhang mit dem Übergang zu Windows 11 das Office 2024 Pro installiert. Dabei haben sich zwei Probleme gezeigt: 1. Für das versenden von Links mit Emails habe ich in den Einstellungen "Allgemein" unter "Anwendungen.mailto" das Programm OUTLOOK (classic) in beiden von mir genutzten lokalen Konten zugewiesen. In einem der beiden Konten wird im Gegensatz zu dieser Einstellung immer zu der Aufforderung zur Verbindungsaufnahme mit einem Microsoft-Konto verlangt. Zu einer Anzeige des Outlook-Sendefensters kommt es nicht. Welche Ursache kann es dafür geben und wie kann ich das Problem beheben? 2. Wie in dem beigefügten Bild dargestellt, erscheint bei der Nutzung der mailto-Funktion in beiden lokalen Konten diese Fehlermeldung, die bei normaler Nutzung von Outlook nicht auftritt. Meine Internet-Recherche zu dieser Fehlermeldung hat leider nichts greifbares ergeben. Könnt Ihr mir weiterhelfen? MfG, R. Ziegler.

My Mozilla language is still in mandarin. even i change my region to Pakistan and in language preferences i chooses English US and remove Chinese but still when i search webpage and everything in Mozilla is Chinese language.

Some how my info is all gone and nothing works including any of help suggestions.

I don't think this is even firefox it is more like msn. I keep downloading Firefox and it crashes. I don't know how to fix any of this. I can't even get to see how firefox has looked since maybe 2001. My upper toolbar is all different. It is all wrong and I can't find my hundreds of book marks are all gone.

I can see maybe 10 bookmarks but not from firefox.

First thing this afternoon, the background color of the mail composition screen was changed to solid green. The HTML toolbar is semi-transparent, and I cannot change the screen background back to white. When I click the cursor in the compose window, the HTML toolbar appears, but it does not change the background to white. The format tool indicates a white screen with black text. In Config Editor, the compose background colors are white and black text. I have tried several theme changes, including the theme from Mozilla, but there has been no change.

Rebooting Win 11, no change.

I run Windows 10 pro. I have FF 135.0

All my Firefox tabs in the systray stay connected. That is, I can not move them to where I want them on the systray.

How do I disconnect them?

Using firefox developer edition for past 1 year now, but now with recent update in the debugger tab it says "This page has no sources" even not showing html source code. but when searching for something using find in all files(Shift + Cmd + F ) it showing the files. it's kind of difficult for me to debug the javascript and see the html source.

Hello, I can not longer copy and paste to outlook from other sites. They recommended to check my browser permissions. How do I do this for this issue. It started after my last update. Thanks bunches

When I create a calendar event, it will not show up in the calendar view (Month), even after trying several times. What I found is, it will only show up on the calendar if I uncheck the Notify Attendees box at the bottom, which is by default always checked. After I uncheck the Notify attendees box on an event, that event, and each successive event will then show up on the calendar, regardless if I have the Notify attendees box checked or unchecked. I looked to see if I can uncheck this box in Settings, but do not see where this can be done.

Is there a way to have the Notify attendees box unchecked by default when I create a new calendar event?
