SHORTCUT "CTRL SHIFT T" fails...but "CTRL SHIFT W" does.....win 10 user, old codger so I could be doing something wrong.

I'm an old codger who loves playing with computer as I blog...so shortcuts was very interest catnip for me...however, testing the SHORTCUT "CTRL SHIFT T" failed while "CTRL SHIFT W" was successful. Have I missed something or am I doing something wrong with that restore deleted tab shortcut?

I like how you try to keep things simple in your explanations, supplementing with illustrations.
