I had been uninstalling unused programs. Just cleaning my laptop up. When I finished, I clicked Firefox on my taskbar, however a popup appeared saying something along the lines of "The item ____ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" I didn't uninstall Firefox or do anything to it, so I was confused. I tried clicking it again, I got the same result, so I clicked Yes. I opened Firefox again and I had been logged out. After logging back in and syncing what I could, I wasn't able to get all of my data back. This includes things such as passwords, history, the theme I was using, and extensions. What bugs me the most is that I have lost my Bitwarden master password, because foolishly I did not write it down. Any help is greatly appreciated! I am not the most skilled with technology. If this has already been discussed, sorry about that. I'm pretty frustrated about this.

I would never buy anything from TEMU, but I was shocked to see an icon for their storefront when I opened a new tab today. Haven't they been the subject of articles and class-action lawsuits about their privacy violations, illegal data collections, not to mention the shoddy products and knock-offs and labor violations...?

Ok 1st off you removed the extra "Tabs" which helped alot of us sort tabs, an never gave any kinda excuse besides to improve performance, which is as much a joke as biden was as president!~

 But now ya go an move the d@mn weather app from the Left Side to the Ride Side without bothering to ask anyone if they are ok with it, or even give us the ABILITY to change the location back!~
 Did Goofle buy you as you seem to be goofing up the browser more an more recently an doing stuff ppl do not care for!!!~~~

You might be a free Browser, but learning from ya users is a smart idea before you end up loosing them!!!~~

An John is as much a liar as a politician is, he told me MONTHS ago he would see about why the xtra tabs were removed, and NOT once was a answer given!!!~~

 So John needs to be either written up for lies or given a time out on his position!!!~~~

I personally am not a fan of the new layout, and cannot seem to find a way to set it to the original. If there is a way, may I be guided? And if not, please make this new layout optional.

Can you either move the weather widget back to the left side or maybe instead of just changing things to change them let people put it where they want it? My eyes go to the left when i open a new tab and it was a lot nicer on the left side. Now its on the right and it actually makes no sense to me why it was moved so move it back or give people the choice to have it where they want it.

Pocket shows me articles about women all the time but it has never showed me any news of men. It has always showed me articles about feminism but it has never showed me articles about Masculinism, Men's right activism or Men going their own way groups or Manosphere in general. Why? How to fix this issue?

In fact, because of this, I've been thinking about moving to Google Chrome or may be something like Brave browser.

I have four rows of shortcuts on my default browser window. Sometimes the disappear but they always return a few days later. What could cause such occurrence?

Starting before Christmas my Firefox disappears from my desktop. The only way I can see to get it back is by 1) going into Settings, 2) then uninstalling Firefox. 3)I then get a prompt to refresh Firefox. that works. But when i power off my computer, start it at a later time, It won't return, and I have to go through the commands above again. I use Firefox all the time and there's clearly something wrong. Can someone help me with this?

Good afternoon! Why can't I set the Group Speed Dial tabs as the Home page? I have done everything correctly everywhere, but still opens the start page of Google. Help me to solve this problem, I use your default browser and it brings me some discomfort.

For a while now, maybe a couple of weeks, an unwanted shortcut appears on the desktop and also on the taskbar. I delete them, but after a while they appear again. (Windows 7, Firefox 115.18.0esr (64 bit)) How can I eliminate the phenomenon?

Hi all -- I have to admit that I am pretty frustrated after Firefox instituted the change to how shortcuts on the homepage operate a year or two ago. They used to be so reliable. Now frequently accessed websites are often missing or there's one row instead of two (despite being set to two obviously).

This is such a basic and important feature. It would be nice if things returned to working flawlessly.
