My webcam is not working in Firefox even after giving permission to use it. I use webex for video calls. It was working earlier and I remember I clicked notallow for some site to use camera and since then it is not working for any webcam applications from Firefox.

Did you check your O/S settings that also controls it. Then you will have to backtrack to where you first did the clicked not allow to see what was changed as sounds like the user change changed sometime when you did this action.
