On approximately Jan 15th 2025, I was blocked from accessing my internet provider's website/my account.

I have worked with their techs on two occasions to resolve any possible issues on their end. We have determined that the problem is with Firefox/Mozilla's security, as they show no blocks on their end.

We tried with a new account, new passwords, but are still blocked. Please advise. I have enclosed a screen shot of what happens when logging in.

Did you try Firefox browser safe mode without Addon all disabled as well? Also did they come out to see why your computer was blocking the access as well?

This is due to Cloudflare. It may have blocked your IP whether specifically or due to a whole range of IP's being blocked.

A website I have used occasionally for a long time blocked my IP a while back with the same Sorry, you have been blocked as you see. Based on some research in my case, it may have been due to the site having blocked IP's of whole countries and such.
