Dear sir, over the last few weeks Thunderbird has been crashing, this is to adding files or downloading files, over the years that i have been using this program, i never have had this problem. also i dont know if this is also a problem,

i have in my inbox over 1gig and other files that are from 10 to 150mb in size.

Several impressions of my thunderbird inboxes appear on screen after the sleep function has been activated when the pc is left on. When I put the impression away I sometimes lose all the emails inwards.bold text

I've been using the Avada WordPress theme for years with no major issues. My latest install however, for a client, is version 7.11.10 and for some reason the right-click drop down contextual menu that allows you to copy a widget and paste it is no longer working in Firefox. I can bring up that right-click menu using Chrome, but all I see in Firefox are the crosshairs. In other Avada installs (version 7.11.5 and older), the menu works perfectly. I've checked with Avada Support and they're unable to replicate the issue in Firefox. Bizarre. It's a long shot, but I thought I'd see if anyone on here has encountered the same issue. I'm on a Mac.

HELP! I've been with Firefox for decades and I've lost the Icon for Firefox (left main screen) and the icon on my lower power bar to summons Firefox. I'm asking you as there is no phone number for Firefox support and I need those icons. PLEASE HELP or show me how to re-create those icons.

every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

For the past few days now I've been getting a PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when I try to use certain websites such as Reddit or Tumblr. The problem occurs on both my PC and mobile when using Firefox. I can access the websites just fine using other browsers.

I've tried the solutions listed here: https://appuals.com/pr-end-of-file-error/

But none of them have worked. I've also tried renaming the 'cert9.db' file in my profile folder, but that hasn't worked either.

no one can hear me in google meet (google's video chat website) on firefox only. I dont have this issue on chrome or safari or zoom. so its not the microphone. It's firefox. I had this same issue months ago and i reported it a few times and it was eventually fixed. and i dont know who fixed or how it was fixed. I've tried everyone's suggestions from New Profile, to disabling extensions. Nothing is working. If the issue isnt happening on safari or chrome or zoom, the issue has to be firefox. I'm using a 128gb Mac Studio M2 Ultra. Sonoma 14.6.1. Firefox 130.0.1 (64-bit). I wanted to test if the firefox issue was just with my desktop computer, so I went to my macbook pro this morning and went to https://meet.google.com/ and the website refused to load and just gave me 404 errors. See attached screenshot. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS, THIS HAS PERSISTED FOR AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS NOW.

I am RE-ASKING this question because the person who responded to the previous iteration provided no help whatsoever. I'm using Firefox 130.00 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2012) running Catalina (10.15.7). It has run flawlessly for years, but suddenly won't open, and only hangs, requiring me to Force Quit. It stopped working on Thursday, 9/12, which, I notice, was the day it was last modified with an automatic upgrade. I have quit and tried restarting multiple times, but am unable to get into it at all and, therefore, cannot access Troubleshooting Mode. I have NOT yet tried deleting it and downloading a fresh copy. I would like, if possible, to retain my open tabs, Bookmarks, and History.

Websites won't load. I had max protection and DNS enabled, it worked, then one day it stopped and I got an error that they couldn't resolve the DNS connection. So then I moved it back to Standard protection, and now sites load intermittently. Facebook loaded fine an hour ago, now it says "We can’t connect to the server at www.facebook.com." I have no extensions, not connected to a VPN right now, have tried restarting, and other browsers work fine.

ChatGPT will not open in Firefox I have cleared caches etc checked for updates. However i can open on my iPhone using Safari and then I downloaded Chrome and can access via Chrome so this leads me to assume that the issue is with Firefox!! Please advise.
