Today installed latest update and immediately won't load some sites. Ex. Reddit. Very slow for some sites to load. Also, a pretty pedestrian search gives results all in other languages. Very strange.

Anyone else having problems with this update. What to do?? NO OTHER CHANGES TO MY laptop. Have rebooted, have cleared cache. Have tested against other browsers. It's the update.

Thank you.

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Some pages. Seems fine today. Totally, completely odd. I know it sounds like it could only be the user but my duck duck go giving me foreign language results - but only in FF - was also an indication it was not.

Oh well. I'll remember Safe Mode in the future.

Thank you FredMcD!

log into Duck Duck Go and select your language in the settings.

Well I was able to find Settings and Region and Language for DuckDuckGo but I have no login. Don't know why FF acted funny after the last update. Again, today it' back to normal.
