Should a Persona graphic appear across BOTH the top of the screen and the bottom? Mine only appears across the top, but I think the Persona can also appear (half the width) on the bottom of the screen. If so, how do I make this happen? Thank you.

Are you using the Default Theme? Personas will only work with Default Theme, not any other custom themes.

A Persona consists of two images. One large image (3000x200) for the toolbars at the top and a smaller (300x100) for the footer.

There are some prefs that determine of both are visible. 

lightweightThemes.isThemeSelected (true)
lightweightThemes.persisted.footerURL (true)
lightweightThemes.persisted.headerURL (true)

Yes, I am only using the Firefox default Theme (3.6.10), but all my Personas are only showing as a header. (No footer appears). I am a user only of personas, not a contributor.
