I blocked youtube a long time ago and now I want to unblock it but I don't know how to do that. When I go into youtube, all I get is a screen that says 404 not found. I don't remember how I blocked it or what passwords I might have used, but now I would like to access this site.

There are lots of methods to block websites. Details your provided are not enough to figure out your method. It will be great if you can tell us how you blocked YouTube. Well, if you know how you blocked it, you can just reverse the process to get access to the website.
