How can I Extend the calender for the past period (my calender takes only 180 days to the past)

after 180 days all appointments from before this time will be deleted. I want at least have the possibillity to see my old appointments for the last 3 years.

In the attached picture, you can click the year button and choose a different year in the Calendar (same with the month). Do I misunderstand your question?
