Why do I get a "configuration could not be verified..." message setting up an existing gmail account?
I set up the gmail account just fine on an iphone. I tried safe mode (desktop with Windows 7), but still have this problem.

Solved it. I had to reduce Thunderbird's security. Thanks, christ1.
