i have problem with my sync

Hi I was using firefox 27 (32bit) with sync active , i wanted to try firefox nightly (64bit) i tried to sync it up with my existing account but i got error , so i register a new account with the same email like my existing.

When i got back to firefox 27 (32bit) and i use my account info and Firefox Recovery Key i got empty sync from your system .

Is there a way to fix my problem because i don't have other device from with i can get back my staff....

  1. There's a new version of Sync in Firefox 29 and 30. which is not backward compatible with earlier versions.
  2. Did you create a new Profile for Nightly (Firefox 30)? Or did you use the same "release version" Profile?


If you didn't create a new Profile for Nightly, try creating a new Profile for Firefox 27 release now, and then see if you can recover data from your original Sync account.
