I have four gmail accounts on Thunderbird, everything was working good but today suddenly I cannot send any messages from any account, it only shows "connecting to smtp.googlemail.com" but nothing happens. I can receive email normally and even see the email that I just sent directly from google. But no sending at all. All suggested troubleshooting was done, everything seems to be ok, please help me

i dont have any of those...however i just tried to send email and it is working again, from all 4 accounts. I guess it was a temporary error from google. Although I did not find an article about it

OUTGOING: smtp.googlemail.com:465, SSL, passwordEncrypted

I don't think 'passwordEncrypted' is correct. Change that to 'Normal Password' in your account settings.

Are you certain you haven't made any changes?

i changed it to normal, but it is the same, no messages can't be sent :/ i did not make any changes, yesterday the last thing to do was to send around 60 emails one at a time, but that was it

are you using an Application password for Thunderbird? Google two factor authentication? is access for less secure applications allowed?
