Also emails from 1 folder all went missing this morning and could not be restored or folder repaired. backup folder avaialble. how to restore lost emails from backup folder ??

What does your anti virus report for it's activity. Both of those things sound like anti virus activity. The missing mail is often caused by the A/V deleting the whole mail file to get one usually innocuous message. The unknown error may also be a result of anti virus scanning. Especially as it involved a PDF. What A/V are you using.
