"Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server

(SMTP) mail.art-artist.in timed out. Try again."

This is the error I get when ever I try to send mail since 28.1.2018. It

was working fine before. And there is absolutely no problem in receiving

mail.
