HI iansan5653 I am not sure if you are trying to make a widget/extension? for the browser or just customize the appearance of the user. I believe you have to create an appearance and then allow the user to download the appearance to change the styles. You could live update the items and see if the css makes changes live in the browser and see how the file renders.
