Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.
i still can't open my firefox, there's an important password that i need to get that's why i need to fix this firefox
Have you tried opening Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift Key as you click on the Firefox Icon? If the password is held in an extension this won't help immediately as the extension will be disabled. You can, though, look for likely culprits in the extensions and plug-ins. Someone should come along and help with the Crash Reports.
While you are have Firefox in Safe Mode, disable any or all add-ons that may be the cause of your problem. Once you know what the problem is, then we can work on fixing it.
