Help - I have no toolbar on my "Write" new message dialog box so I cannot select a Read Receipt Request nor Attach file
Before latest two versions of THunderbird I've always had a toolbar on my Write New Message screen but not anymore. So I can't select a Receipt Request on an individual basis. I don't know how to get my toolbar back in my Write screen

The universal key strokes for hidden menus are the alt key or F10. One of these will make the menu bar appear. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.
